Most commercial payers pull provider data from CAQH ProView instead of a paper application. An incomplete profile, an expired document or a missed attestation quietly stalls credentialing and can even affect existing contracts.

We set up or clean up your profile, then manage it on a schedule so attestations and document renewals never lapse.

How it works

  1. Payer plan

We agree on which payers to apply to, in which order, based on your patients and location.

  2. Document collection

One checklist for licenses, malpractice, board certification and work history.

  3. Applications and follow-up

We submit, then call and check portals until each payer decides.

  4. Go-live

We confirm effective dates and fee schedules so billing can start cleanly.
